Introduction:

Truth and nonviolence, often associated with the teachings of Mahatma Gandhi, are essential principles that have the power to shape a just and harmonious society.

Truth (Satya)

Truthfulness means always      speaking the truth, even when it is difficult.It builds trust and credibility in our relationships with friends, family, and society.

Nonviolence (Ahimsa):

Nonviolence is the principle of avoiding harm to any living being, physically or mentally. It teaches us to solve problems through dialogue, not aggression.

Importance 

When you tell the truth, people trust you, and that helps build good friendships. Being honest means you don't have to worry about getting caught in a lie.
Nonviolence makes the world a safer place. Imagine if everyone solved problems by talking calmly instead of fighting.

Examples from History

Mahatma Gandhi used nonviolence to help India gain freedom from  British rule. Martin Luther King Jr.  used peaceful protests to fight for equal rights in the United States.
Even in everyday life, when someone tells the truth and avoids fights, they make their community better.
